1. Booking and Payments

• A non-refundable advance payment of 50% is required to secure your date and booking.
• The remaining balance is due on or before the final date of the event.
• Dates are strictly reserved on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of the booking advance.

2. Cancellation Policy

• In the event of cancellation by the client, the 50% booking advance is strictly non-refundable.
• If the event is postponed, we will try our best to accommodate the new date, subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.

3. Copyright and Usage Rights

• Exotica Productions retains the copyright to all images and footage created.
• The client is granted a license for personal, non-commercial use of the delivered media.
• Exotica Productions reserves the right to use the images and videos for promotional purposes, portfolio display, and social media, unless a strict non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is signed prior to booking.

4. Delivery Timeline

• Teaser/Trailer videos are typically delivered within a few weeks of the event.
• The final cinematic film and processed photographs will be delivered within 75-90 days, depending on the season and editing queue.
• Albums and printed materials will be processed only after the client selects and finalizes the photos.

5. Travel and Accommodation

• For destination weddings or events outside Delhi NCR, travel, accommodation, and local transport for the team must be provided or reimbursed by the client.

6. Force Majeure

Exotica Productions shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from any cause that is beyond our reasonable control (e.g., extreme weather, acts of God, equipment failure despite maintenance).
